Out-of-Town Tux Measurement Form
Step 1: Please have your measurements taken only by a professional tailor, men’s clothing store, or formalwear specialist. Most stores will perform this service for a nominal fee.
Step 3: Please submit this information at least 3 weeks prior to your event.
Step 2: Please complete all information provided as accurately as possible.
Additional Information
Suites will be shipped to the address submitted below. You will receive your rental with enough time to try it on and be able to make any changes necessary. Once finished with rental, if event is near our boutique, please return suite the next business day. If event is out of town, we will send a return label for you to ship it out.
